Instructions

  1. 1Sit in a chair with your injured arm resting on a table.
  2. 2Lean forward slightly towards the table.
  3. 3Slide your arm forward along the table surface.
  4. 4Return to the starting position and repeat.
  5. 5Perform this for 10-15 repetitions.

Programming Recommendations

We recommend performing 3 sets of 10 repetitions, once or twice daily unless directed otherwise by your healthcare provider.
