
Table Slide - Flexion
This exercise promotes shoulder flexion by sliding the arm forward on a table.
Instructions
- 1Sit in a chair with your injured arm resting on a table.
- 2Lean forward slightly towards the table.
- 3Slide your arm forward along the table surface.
- 4Return to the starting position and repeat.
- 5Perform this for 10-15 repetitions.
Programming Recommendations
