Elastic Band Triceps Extension - Self Fixation

This exercise strengthens the triceps and improves elbow extension.

Instructions

  1. 1Sit comfortably and hold one end of an elastic band against your chest.
  2. 2With your opposite hand, hold the other end of the band with your elbow bent.
  3. 3Pull the band downward to extend your elbow.
  4. 4Return to the starting position and repeat.
  5. 5Perform 10-15 repetitions.

Programming Recommendations

We recommend performing 3 sets of 10 repetitions, once or twice daily unless directed otherwise by your healthcare provider.
