
Elastic Band Triceps Extension - Self Fixation
This exercise strengthens the triceps and improves elbow extension.
Instructions
- 1Sit comfortably and hold one end of an elastic band against your chest.
- 2With your opposite hand, hold the other end of the band with your elbow bent.
- 3Pull the band downward to extend your elbow.
- 4Return to the starting position and repeat.
- 5Perform 10-15 repetitions.
Programming Recommendations
We recommend performing 3 sets of 10 repetitions, once or twice daily unless directed otherwise by your healthcare provider.
