
Elastic Band Tricep Extensions
This exercise strengthens the triceps using an elastic band.
Instructions
- 1Start with your elbow bent and hold an elastic band.
- 2Pull the band downward to extend your elbow.
- 3Keep your elbow by your side during the movement.
- 4Return to the starting position and repeat.
- 5Perform 10-15 repetitions.
Programming Recommendations
We recommend performing 3 sets of 10 repetitions, once or twice daily unless directed otherwise by your healthcare provider.
