This exercise strengthens the biceps using an elastic band.

Instructions

  1. 1Step on one end of an elastic band with your foot.
  2. 2Hold the other end of the band with your hand, keeping your elbow at your side.
  3. 3Bend your elbow to raise your hand towards your shoulder.
  4. 4Lower back down and repeat.
  5. 5Perform 10-15 repetitions.
