
Wand External Rotation - Supine Er
This exercise helps improve external rotation of the shoulder using a wand or cane for assistance.
Instructions
- 1Lie on your back with a cane in both hands.
- 2Place a towel under your elbow on the affected side.
- 3Maintain a 90-degree bend at the elbow.
- 4Use the other arm to pull the wand for rotation.
- 5Hold the stretch and return to the starting position.
Programming Recommendations
