Instructions

  1. 1Lie on your back with one leg straight.
  2. 2Keep the opposite knee bent with the foot on the ground.
  3. 3Raise the straight leg to a comfortable height.
  4. 4Hold for a moment before lowering it back down.
  5. 5Repeat for several repetitions.

Programming Recommendations

We recommend performing 3 sets of 10 repetitions, once or twice daily unless directed otherwise by your healthcare provider.
