Wrist Extensor Stretch

This exercise helps to stretch the wrist extensors and improve flexibility.

Instructions

  1. 1Sit comfortably with your affected arm extended in front of you.
  2. 2Use your unaffected hand to gently pull the fingers of the affected hand downwards.
  3. 3Keep your elbow straight during the stretch.
  4. 4Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds.
  5. 5Repeat 2-3 times.

Programming Recommendations

We recommend performing 3 sets of 10 repetitions, once or twice daily unless directed otherwise by your healthcare provider.
