
Towel Grip
This exercise improves grip strength using a towel.
Instructions
- 1Take a rolled-up towel and hold it in your hand.
- 2Squeeze the towel tightly and hold for a few seconds.
- 3Release and repeat the squeezing motion.
- 4Perform this exercise for 5-10 minutes.
- 5Focus on using all fingers during the exercise.
