
Wrist Extension Curls - Table
This exercise strengthens the wrist extensors using a dumbbell.
Instructions
- 1Sit at a table with your forearm resting on it, palm facing down.
- 2Hold a small dumbbell in your hand.
- 3Bend your wrist upwards and then lower it back down.
- 4Keep your forearm on the table throughout the movement.
- 5Perform 10-15 repetitions.
Programming Recommendations
We recommend performing 3 sets of 10 repetitions, once or twice daily unless directed otherwise by your healthcare provider.
