
Prayer Stretch - Wrist
This stretch helps to improve wrist flexibility by lowering the hands while keeping the palms together.
Instructions
- 1Place the palms of your hands together.
- 2Point your fingers upwards.
- 3Lower your hands in front of your chest.
- 4Hold the stretch for a few seconds.
- 5Return to the starting position.
Programming Recommendations
We recommend performing 3 sets of 10 repetitions, once or twice daily unless directed otherwise by your healthcare provider.
