This exercise strengthens the foot muscles by curling a towel using your toes.

Instructions

  1. 1Sit in a chair with a towel on the floor in front of you.
  2. 2Use your toes to grab the towel and pull it towards you.
  3. 3Curl your toes inward as you draw the towel back.
  4. 4Keep your heel in contact with the floor throughout the exercise.
  5. 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Programming Recommendations

We recommend performing 3 sets of 10 repetitions, once or twice daily unless directed otherwise by your healthcare provider.
